How Does Check24 Work With Holidu?

When your listing is active on Check24 through Holidu, we handle all the operational details for you:

• Guest payments, booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations are managed by Holidu
• Payouts and invoices are processed through Holidu like any other distribution channel
• Your listing uses your main Holidu cancellation policy across all channels (except Booking.com and Airbnb, which have separate policies)

How Do I Find My Property on Check24?

To view your listing on Check24, visit their vacation rental portal at ferienwohnung.check24.de, enter your city name, and navigate to your property's location on the map. Make sure you search for available booking dates to see your listing displayed.

Can I Deactivate Check24?

While we recommend keeping Check24 active to maximize your booking potential, you can deactivate the channel anytime. Go to your Distribution channels tab, click on Channel terms, then select Deactivate channel at the bottom of the page. Staying active on Check24 increases your property's visibility and improves your chances of receiving more bookings.
