When you receive a booking through Holidu, a commission invoice is automatically generated. Here's what you need to know about our commission structure.

Holidu Commission Overview

All costs—including channel fees and Holidu's service fee—are combined into one commission (if applicable to your account). The good news is that this commission is already included in the price paid by the guest, so there are no hidden surprises.

How Commission Works With Extra Fees

If you've configured extra fees for your property, these may either be included in the total price shown to the guest or charged on-site, depending on the booking channel and the type of fee. Any applicable commission will be clearly reflected in your net earnings on both the booking invoice and booking details.

Important: External Channel Commissions

Please note that partner portals such as Airbnb or Booking.com may apply their own commission or service fees on top of the price you set in your Holidu account. This means the final price shown to guests on external channels may differ slightly from your base price set in Holidu. The prices you configure in Holidu always refer to your base amount before any external commissions are added.

VAT and Your Invoice

Depending on your VAT status, your invoice may also include VAT. For more details, please check this article on VAT.

View Your Pricing Conditions

To review your commission rates and pricing conditions anytime:

1. Log into your Holidu Host Account
2. Click the Holidu Logo in the upper right-hand corner and select Account
3. Scroll down to "Your Current Pricing Conditions"

Here you can view and download your signed Holidu agreement, see your current Holidu fee, any applicable discounts, and the commission applied to your channel bookings.

Find Your Commission Invoices

To access your invoices for each booking:

1. Log into your Holidu Host Account
2. From the left menu, scroll down to Financials > Invoices
3. View all commission invoices listed by date and booking reference
4. Click Download to save a copy for your records
