How do I change my bank details?

Changing Bank Details for Non-Verified Accounts

If your account has not gone through Adyen's bank account verification process yet, you will not be able to modify your bank details at this time. In most cases, we have not collected your bank information yet.

You will only be able to add or update your IBAN once you complete the Adyen bank account verification process. To learn more about the verification requirements for your account type, please visit our account verification guides:

Changing Bank Details for Verified Accounts

If your account has completed Adyen's bank account verification process, follow these steps to update your bank details:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the Holidu Logo in the top right corner
  3. Select "Account"
  4. Scroll down to Bank information
  5. Click on "Edit"

A new window will open showing your bank details tab. Click on the right-hand side, delete your current IBAN number, and enter your new IBAN number.

Verification Methods

Ensure the bank account holder and the Holidu account owner are the same. For company accounts, the name must match your registered company name. Choose one of these verification methods:

Instant Verification (not available in Greece, Austria & Italy):

  • Search and select your online banking provider
  • Log into your online banking account through the verified partner, Tink
  • Your banking login data will not be stored for security reasons

Manual Verification:

  • Enter your details and upload a bank document as proof
  • The document must be issued within the last 12 months
  • It must contain your name and visible IBAN
  • For non-EU residents, the document must display the bank location
  • Upload the document and click 'next' - verification may take up to 72 hours

Important Information

  • An IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is used worldwide to identify individual accounts. Find your IBAN in your online banking or on your account statements
  • The new bank account must belong to the Holidu account holder - we can only modify the IBAN for the person or company we signed the agreement with
  • For company accounts, we can only allow payments to the company's registered IBAN
  • The IBAN proof must be clear, visible, and recent - an official document where we can see both the bank account holder and IBAN
  • Holidu only issues payments to EUR accounts
  • If you are changing your IBAN alongside other account details, it may take some time to see these updates in the PMS
