How do I change my password?

Changing your password on Holidu is a simple process that can be completed in just a few steps using either the Holidu app or website.

Steps to change your password

Using the Holidu website

1. Visit the Holidu website and look for the "Forgot Password?" option on the login page
2. Click on "Forgot Password?" to initiate the password reset process
3. Enter the email address associated with your Holidu account or your username
4. Submit the form
5. Check your email inbox for a message from Holidu with password reset instructions
6. Follow the link provided in the email
7. Create your new password following the security requirements
8. Confirm your new password by entering it again
9. Save your changes

Using the Holidu app

1. Open the Holidu mobile app
2. Navigate to the login screen
3. Select the "Forgot Password?" option
4. Enter your email address or username associated with your account
5. Check your email for the password reset link from Holidu
6. Click the link and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password
7. Confirm your new password
8. Log in with your new password

Important information about Holidu accounts

Please note that a Holidu account is not automatically created when you make a reservation. If you have already booked a property on Holidu, you will need to create your account first. Once your account is set up, you can add your existing reservations by entering your last name and booking code.

When creating a new password, ensure it is strong and unique by using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. This helps protect your account from unauthorized access.
